The recent National Organization of Black Elected Women Legislative Conference, held recently in Portland, doubled as a reunion for the Campbell family. Ivy Campbell, age 90, of Portland, and his sister, Hazel Campbell-Cutno, 85, of Louisiana, were reunited after more than 20 years.
